So yesterday I blogged that I was lucky enough to get my hands on the Starry Night Pallete from the MUA Pro Range and I promised an Eye Of the Day. Now I did wear this palette today but the pictures I took were awful so here are some pictures of some looks I was playing with last night.
I mentioned there was enough range of colours in the palette to do a nice dark smokey eye for night time as well as a day time version. So I did a version of each one on each eye ;)
I absolutely love this palette and from playing with it, Starry Night is the perfect name for it. Every single colour in it has the most gorgeous blue undertone even the pinks and black if that is possible. They don't just come off as Navy either, there is a gorgeous mix in this palette if you like these kinds of colours.
So here are two looks I came up with last night but I will be playing with this palette more in the future so perhaps expect more.
This is the more day time version I played around with. Gorgeous blues with darker teals and super shimmery.
And this is the night time version. I used more of the black and darker silver colours for this and just love it. I will definitely be wearing this the next time I am out. It is slightly less dramatic as a traditional black version of a smokey eye but I really like it.
So there you are, sorry the pictures are so dodgy. I intend to get a new camera as soon as I can and these were take at night with dodgy lighting but I think you can see what they are like.
